So it is really fitting that my first food post includes chocolate— but it's also fitting that it is a "healthy" dessert alternative because its base is avocado! And I'm not lying— this is really good stuff. But I would recommending using a just ripe avocado; mine was quite ripe and I could just barely make out the avocado flavor. But honestly had I not known it was in there I don't think I would have noticed. If it has lasted past tonight I would have tested this theory on a friend... Whoops!
